We aim to dispatch all ordered items within 3 working days - althought for some bespoke items this may take longer. We carry a large stock of sizes, so usually delivery is inside a week from order.
Please contact us with any returns queries. Bespoke items are not usually eligable for refunds, but in circumstances of our error, the customer is given a choice of full refund or replacement item.
